Lo and behold another Mother’s Day is upon us and lucky for you it’s going to be a beautiful day so you have tons of different ways to enjoy the Napa Valley! Though you will have a myriad of different Napa restaurants to choose from, stop here at Downtown Joe’s first as we have several great specials for Mother’s Day. Not only do we have fantastic Napa craft beer, but we start off the day right with brunch going until 2pm and bottomless Mimosas until 3pm!

Come to us later in the day after wine tasting to enjoy an excellent meal. We have three fantastic options: Carved Ham with scalloped potatoes and green beans, Filet Mignon and Scampi with mashed potatoes and veggies or Prime Rib with potatoes and veggies. There will also be a choice of delectable desserts: Crème Brulee or our awesome Homemade Carrot Cake! Be sure to pair your main course with one of our own Napa craft beers after your day of milling around the Napa Valley with good ol’ Mom. Reservations are highly recommended! Other ideas for enjoying Napa Valley include a fantastic scenic drive through Chiles Valley or drive around Lake Hennessy up valley. While there aren’t any Napa restaurants up there, it certainly is a sight to see the tall and beautiful redwoods and oaks shading the road with the forest broken up by the occasional vineyard patch. If you wish to stay closer to the city, there are several fantastic hikes to enjoy in Skyline Park just on the southeastern outskirts of Napa.
There may be all sorts of Napa restaurants, but not many can boast an outdoor patio and a fantastic locale next to the scenic Napa River. The weather is going to be delightfully sunny and in the high 70’s-not too hot and not too cold but bring a light jacket in case it gets breezy. If you catch a chill, we will have a fantastic DJ spinning music inside so you can get your dance on! Downtown Joe’s is one of the best located Napa restaurants in town and would be a great start or end to the day. After all, Napa craft beer is needed to cleanse the palette after a day of wine tasting up and down the valley. Mom will appreciate a great Napa restaurant and you will enjoy showing how much you appreciate her. Especially when there’s fantastic Napa craft beer involved!
